I am really happy that I chose to trade currencies using the thinslice methodology, I'm making between $4k-6k monthly (past 4 months) and am a very happy camper! Steve, I just wanted to say thanks for your commitment to teaching the Thin Slice Method. At the end of Wednesday's class, I thought about how easy it would have been for you to simply just put some material together, sold it and been done or constantly hyping new products that we need to really be successful. Yet, you take the time to do all of the training and review screenshots, answer e-mails, etc. I truly appreciate your integrity.
I have finally settled things down a bit where I can begin the steps as you outline: spend time observing price and just getting a feel of things before I move forward. Each time I've attended either the Wednesday sessions or 5 hour classes, I've gained new information. It really started clicking for me this week.
I know it's been a while for me but you've convinced me that patience is indeed a virtue in this game. You'll be hearing from me soon with screenshots and any questions I have.

Steve, Thank you for sticking it out with me and for unburying me from the hole I dug through developing some bad habits and through using other trading methods I have used for years. You have a nice way of clarifying the problem(s) without the student feeling beaten up.
One of your suggestions that has helped me the most is to just watch the charts and plan the trade without demoing or live trading. This takes the pressure off. Commensurate with this is to shoot for positive trades without caring about the number of winning PIPs. This too takes the pressure off.
By removing the pressure to win, I am able to win more. I am expecting to build up a memory bank of consistent, well-founded wins that should greatly increase my confidence level.
I spent some serious money and time with the Forex Made Easy program, which IS NOT easy. I can now say, Thinslice makes Forex easy, and best of all it removes stress and pressure by both limiting the time in a trade and having the trade be highly predictable.
I really appreciate what you have done for me and what you are continuing to do for me.

Steve, Just touching base--missed the wed class as I am in the midst of moving back to NC but I did place a the trade on USD/JPY and made a nice profit of just over $300! I have been involved in your program since May 2nd. I have attended two five hour classes and several Wednesday sessions. I am happy to say, what started out like trying to learn physics in a different language, is now becoming more clear. I have made every effort to follow the program strictly as you suggested. It is evident that the continuous repetition of the program is surely going to lead to success, all while assuring that sound habits are in place.
After a month, I decided to open the mini account. I was a bit hesitant, however, decided to move forward. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised. After just three days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday), I was slowly beginning to see the patterns necessary for successful trades. The bricks are slowly being put in place to build the complete structure. Even though I am truly excited about this program and what the future holds, I am trying to practice my patience. This week, I will be just looking at price behavior. I should be sending some screen prints next week. I thought that after a month you should hear from a satisfied client. I know this was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

Steve, I would like to let you know that I have achieved the 10 positive trades, for the four major pairs, during the last two weeks as planned. All trades were noted in the screen shots I sent out to you earlier. By being patient and watching the price patterns for a month, I was able to complete the 10 consecutive gains in the first attempt immediately afterward. I find the step indispensable.
My next step is to follow the Thin-slice trading process and conservatively trade the live account. Thank you for your continued support and guidance.

Steve, there was a nice set up morning of 4/18, high and low established, good range 100 + pips, waited for decision candle to break... set stop 10 pip below low of entry candle... in at 49 out at 60.

Hi Steve, I wanted to let you know that since I had my 1 on 1, 2 weeks ago I just hit my 8th consecutive trade.  I have stuck to the schedule we discussed, planned my trades and waited for the market to come to me.  Its working, I am going to continue to be very conservative on the trades I enter and hope to complete my 10 trades this week.  8 consecutive trades is the most I have had.  I have only hit 7 before this time.  I feel confident and I don't feel like I am in a hurry, I just wait on the market.

I am very excited to report that I have completed my 11th consecutive successful trade in my demo account.  I have attached a spreadsheet with my trades over the past week.  I have only traded in the 3-5 am (EST) trading session and it fits my lifestyle perfectly.  I have been able to find the correct entry point but need to work on my exit strategy.  As you can see from the attached spreadsheet, I've done some mini thinslicing (no trade exceeded 7 pips) but I'm happy with that right now.  If I trade multiple lots, I will realize 10+ pips on a single trade until I fine tune the exit strategy.  I now understand why you emphasize the 10 trades in the demo account....not only do you learn how to enter/exit a trade, it also helped me better understand how to use the trading platform software.  My sincerest appreciation to you for pounding that point into us.

Steve, thanks for the positive feed back I got from the last one on one session Wednesday afternoon a few weeks ago. Thank you Steve. Your methods are terrific. Never have I been able to trade with less stress than with your methods. There is nothing like a high probability trade and knowing what it will look like when it comes to you. I have had 33 winning trades out of 34 and the only bad trade was an execution and mis-reading error on my part because I was doing too many things at once.

Thanks for the phone call and the discussion on the yen...and the resistence area. Guess what formed right at 7 pm?... A setup bar right at 7 on the JPY.there was a "up" bar then a doji then right at 7 the entry bar formed...and it immediately dropped. Might make a trader out of me yet.

I’ve been trading in the Forex Markets for about 7 months, and until I met Steve Rising I was losing money. I have FINALLY grown my account in a positive direction. I am able to spend less time analyzing the market, I can confidently increase my lots, and have found my ‘trading window’. Using the Thinslicetrading techniques I have banked over 120 points in the past two weeks! By the way, your strategy works anytime of the day or night as long as there is price movement! Just wanted to express my thanks. I am up $120 in my first week of trading my mini account. That is entirely the effect of using what you've taught me. The really great part is I made seven 8 to 15 pip multi-lot trades to get there and felt totally confident about what I was doing, even when one of them went south.   All that in the six weeks I've studied with you! You're a great teacher and the program is extremely well designed!
